Frequently Asked Questions - Refund :
You will need to simply contact our office at 1 (888) Prolamax, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning any merchandise for a refund. If you return a product without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) no refund can be given.
Once we verify your purchase date meets the eligibility for a refund, we will issue you an (RMA) number. The (RMA) will include directions for your return shipment, and the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returned product must be received at the Prolamax Office return address within sixty (67) days of the original purchase date.
If the above conditions are met, within sixty (67) days of return receipt, Prolamax will issue a refund for the product purchase price minus the shipping charge. Confirmation will be sent via email to the customer. The Refund will be placed back on the same credit card that was used to purchase the product. That’s it! What do you have to lose? |
